Can't create sync due unknown error

Tried to sync and showed unknown error. Tried two services (official and xsync.nixnet.services)
How can the issue be reproduced?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to extension page
2. Enter password
3. Repeat password
4. See error

Not sure if it's the same, but I have the same error ("Something went wrong") after syncing my account (with correct credentials) on firefox.
Oh..and memory consumption goes up to 9G(!) so I had to narrow things down (turning all extensions off one by one)..which eventually lead to this extension being the culprit :/
I hope its something stupid like an infinite loop in the code or something, because I really love this extension ❤
