Incompatibility issue

so basicly i drag and dropped it in to my plugins folder and when i launch the server it says "Could not load plugin 'HubPE': Incompatible API version (plugin requires one of: 1.0.0)"

and i would like to know why?

Probably because the plugin is 4 years old.
