New suggestions for SELECT

• Align the right end of the input with right end of the scrollbar. Today the scrollbar goes more to the right.
• Does each option needs to be surrounded by a div?
• What about OptionGroup?
• Change the style of each line to be more bootstrap like. A good example is here in GitHub, click in the gear in the milestone area. I think that box style is pretty good. What do you think?
