Preview framerate not working

Actions:

1. Opened two eve windows
2. Opened two preview windows and assigned then to overview
3. Checked 'Hide preview for focused window'
4. Select any frame rate for preview
5. Preview windows is on 1 FPS regardless of what is selected

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately, this seems to be an EVE Online-specific issue (or perhaps any game on macOS), and is not something I can address from Overview. I believe issue #80 covers the same problem.

You can confirm that this is an EVE-specific issue by opening two fullscreen Safari windows playing two separate YouTube videos, and previewing them both with Overview. Both previews will render at the desired FPS. You can also try with two different browsers, if you want to also confirm that "Hide preview for focused window" (which for various reasons actually hides the preview for the focused application instance) isn't the culprit.

Last I checked, this is also specific to fixed-window or fullscreen display modes. With windowed mode and with both EVE clients in the same desktop, this doesn't appear to be an issue (or at least not as severe an issue – EVE clients that are out of focus are supposed to throttle their FPS somewhat).

Generally, if the EVE Client is out of focus, but still visible on screen to any extent, EVE itself throttles down to 60fps if possible, or lower if now. If the client is fully out of view and not in focus, then macOS throttles it down to 1fps.
