Remote Code Execution Approach

We should start thinking about what kind of approach we're going to take for the hardest part of the application, being the remote code execution. Some people have suggested using an open source library, while others think we should build it from scratch! Lets list all ideas in a thread here

I think we may initially start using the ones that are available open-source because that would work for a lesser number of participants. Once we increase the user base, we can start building our own execution tool( Hope the integration isn't tedious)
