I'm trying this out myself. Changes would be minimal. (add a simple overview to SKILL.md and move the script into a scripts folder)

Definitely agree. I think there is a solid use case where this as an internal agent tool rather than something humans invoke directly. But that use case also has a lower surface area of core commands.

I mentioned in #2 that I'm going to be adding a small plugin system and pulling some things out of the core. Once that's done, I'll be packaging that core as a proper skill that agents can self-install.
