Nice work! Is it possible to add custom commands? It would be good to be able to add my own command like tk launch my-ticket-id which launches a configurable Bash script (e.g. mark ticket as in progress, create worktree, start Claude Code), or tk resolve my-ticket-id which merges/closes/etc.

I know it's trivial to create my own script for this, but it would be nice to have this built-in so I don't have to remember it's implemented elsewhere (and also possibly to check in the command into the repository itself).

Absolutely. I have a small set of features I want to add for a v1.0.0 and a minimal plugin system is at the heart of them. There are some niche commands already that I want to pull out of the core and a couple others I want to add as new plugins.

Planning some time for all of that this weekend.
