Problem 1

Searching for newly created skills don't show until I restart warp

Scenario:

1. Open warp
2. Create new agent skill in editor
3. Search for new agent skill with / command

Problem 2

Searching skills that were updated shows the old skill information

Scenario:

1. Open warp
2. Update something in existing skill (i.e. description, argument-hint property)
3. Search for agent skill with / command
