SIoT_linux64_1_2在树莓派下运行报错

谢老师，您好！我下载了SIoT_linux64_1_2，但在树莓派中运行出现如下错误：
./SIoT_linux64_1_2: 1: ./SIoT_linux64_1_2: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
但是在我台式机的linux系统下运行正常，请问是否我下错版本？

我试了一下，还是出现如下错误：
./SIoT_ubuntu64_1_2.2: 1: ./SIoT_ubuntu64_1_2.2: �ELF����: not found
./SIoT_ubuntu64_1_2.2: 1: ./SIoT_ubuntu64_1_2.2: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string
并在目录下生成一个乱码文件名的文件。
我的raspberry pi 版本如下：
Distributor ID: Raspbian
Description: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Release: 10
Codename: buster
