Is this project still being developed?

Is this project still under development? Where can I find a more comprehensive documentation? I downloaded the ISO image mentioned in the ISSUES and successfully started it on my local machine, reaching the system interface. However, I'm not sure what to do next. When I disconnected the server and restarted, I couldn't access the system anymore.

I try and keep it up-to-date for my own selfish reasons (because I personally use it), however I'm not one of the developers.

Last they said is that it's still alive, just going slow, because of a mix of two things:

1. Lack of time to dedicate to the project
2. It works currently

I haven't seen an issue with it not working after a reboot, however I run mine inside a VM entirely off of the .ISO, I don't try to install it.
