Group By Changes

• group by is an operation that is tracked
• group by can be activated from the column context menu
• a group by renders the grouped table as a next output
• for each column in the grouped table, the aggregate function can be selected individually
• defaults are mean for numeric columns and count for all others
• inject a new column that shows a global count
