Reactivating regular user might be set as potential spammer #112
Description
When a regular (non potential spammer) user reactivates, and the post limit is disabled or above the user's post count, the user will be re-set as a potential spammer.
Ideally, the user should again be activated as a regular user. In other words, the system should remember what the previous status was and reapply it. This behaviour can eventually become configurable.
Note: this is not really a bug but rather a shortcoming in the system. It could be seen as wanted behaviour (i.e. changing email addresses could mean a spammer took over the account). Therefore it might not get "fixed" soon.
