Translations saved in Gettext format #105
Description
Translations are currently saved in a PHP array.
Transform the existing system to use the Gettext format, allowing external tools and websites to be used to translate the project/modules.
For this, eventually support the native Gettext PHP extension, but use a PHP implementation as a start/fallback.
