Consider switching to quote styling for blockquote #1032
Description
As a user of the blockquote component, I can use the blockquote with a quote style instead of a line so that the blockquote indicates that it is quoting a source.
Problem
The blockquote is often misused for design elements to use the gold line design. We could remove that line design in the blockquote and offer it as a headline option in the banner instead.
