Either accept smart quotes or give an error message when #60

TA reports:

I am doing the snapdown exercises on iPadOS on Google Chrome, and on iOS specifically, there is an issue where typing the quote character creates curly directional quotes, which snapdown cannot parse, instead of the standard universal quote character ["].

Snapdown might consider just accepting smart quotes, or if not, giving an "invalid character" or "invalid quote character" error.
