[Bug Report]: Nextcloud not Updating from 33.0.0.16 (2.3.10) to 33.0.2.2 (2.3.16)

Additional Information

The deployment after update drom 2.3.10 to 2.3.16 worked (but took long). Nextcloud website is reachable but not useable. It sais that commandline updater needs to be used.

Versions stays at 33.0.0.16. DB Update is always needed. Please help!

Ok, I found a workaround but it's not a fix. I edited versions.php and replaced all versions that are pointing t0 33.0.2.2 with 33.0.0.16. This worked immediatly.

I than did a rollback to 2.3.10 which is 33.0.0.16. This worked too. The update to 2.3.16 ended up in the same issue. NeedsDBUpgrade is true. Occ upgrade does not solve it.

Have you tried updating the apps (based on the status)
ie occ apps:update --all or whatever its the exact command.
