slow ping

Hi great work with this!

just a quick question, i tried ping with this API. But it's very slow around 15 ms. I've put the server close to the api server. Do you have similar performance or I messed up during installation?

Sorry for the late reply, I was crazy busy last few months, and this library is not used in any production environment so I'm not sure which part of this project is wrong to cause your issue, I will be looking at this issue for sure, thanks for reporting!
