feature request: session files fallback directory

Thank you for the plugin.

I would like to have a fallback dir to search my "out-of-band" session files.

For example, I stored my session with :Obsess ~/.local/state/vim/ (that was a long to type but I agree to do it once).
Next time I would like to be able to quickly restore the session without the long path typing (or maybe without typing at all).
As the path is going to be the same every time, I would like to have it as fallback default to search for the sessions.

Could we think about the strategy here, maybe implement some assistance from the plugin?
