Anaconda, conda on Windows

Mt apologies if this is too basic a question, but the suggested Windows installations in Appendix A of Natural Language Processing In Action include everything except using Anaconda's Windows installer. Wouldn it work to install Anaconda using their installer, then using Conda to install the other packages?
