Add godaddy provider for global config

when the godaddy provider is provided open the following link in the browser:
https://developer.godaddy.com/keys

then print in the console:
Sign in to godaddy browser window and complete the following steps:
**Your customer number can be found by clicking on your username in the upper right-hand corner.

1. click on the 'Create a new API Key' button.
2. On the pop-up, give your API key a name (like torus-tools), under environment click on 'Production' then click 'Next'.
3. Add the API keys into ~/.torus/config in the following format:
   [godaddy]
   godaddy_api_key=YOUR_API_KEY
   godaddy_secret_key=YOUR_SECRET_KEY
   godaddy_customer=YOUR_CUSTOMER_NUMBER
