Implement "indent-after-parens" option

After realising that the package is not quite maintained anymore I managed to make the changes myself.
If I find the time, I will fork the repo and commit the adjustments. Essentially you have to compile pyastyle with a current version of astyle.

For now here is a rough outline:

• You need a working python 3.3.6 environment (for ST3 this is the builtin version)
• download pyastyle to compile it with the current astyle:
• get the source of the latest version of Artisty Style
• place in pyastyle/astyle/
• place the pyastyle source including astyle in the SublimeAStyleFormatter folder, e.g. ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/SublimeAStyleFormatter/src/pyastyle
• find the updated compile flags in the makefile of astyle, e.g. -W -Wall -std=c++11 -stdlib=libc++ -fno-rtti -fno-exceptions -mmacosx-version-min=10.9
• update the compile flags in SublimeAStyleFormatter/src/_build.sh
• chmod +x _build.sh, ./_build.sh should compile and place the correct version
• now to enable the indent-after-parens option (or probably any other astyle setting) see the SublimeAStyleFormatter/AStyleFormatterLib/Options.py and add it to the list of options:

OPTION_PROCESSOR_MAP = {
    "style":                    process_option_style,
    "indent-classes":           process_option_generic,
    "indent-modifiers":         process_option_generic,
    "indent-switches":          process_option_generic,
    "indent-cases":             process_option_generic,
    "indent-namespaces":        process_option_generic,
    "indent-labels":            process_option_generic,
    "indent-after-parens":      process_option_generic,
...
}

• now you should be able to enable via the SublimeAStyleFormatter settings "indent-after-parens": true,

I was fiddeling around with the max-instatement-indent and min-conditional-indent trying to get this to work but realised astyle has this as a built-in option.

Would be very much appreciated, if this was added to SublimeAStyleFormatter, too!
