Add multimedia sending support

I believe this is one of the things in your todo list:
* Ability to send and recieve multimedia messages like images, embedded locations and even videos.

Is there any update of it? I have need to send images only through camera. Is there any possibilty of getting this feature anytime soon? Even if only with Image sending capability?
