vcontour returns contour set rather than axis

contour returns axis as all other plotting statements. vcontour returns contour set. should we make that consistent and return axis?

yes, that would make sense :).

If we do want the option to return contoursets, for labeling, for example, maybe we can expose that with a kwarg?

I copied the steady version and made very minimal changes and now it works. 99% the same. I guess we should think about how to make those kind of functions into one function that works for steady and transient. Will submit a PR soon.

In plots/plots.py in the PlotBase class we can implement plotting methods that apply to both steady and transient models. I think with a simple check on self.model.model_type we can distinguish between steady and transient models, and use the appropriate call signatures to compute the heads or whatever else.

For vcontour, the only thing I had to change is add a time as input and add the time when calling the head function.
