Add vue.js mounted component tests

We currently have vitest added to this project but we don't use it, nor do we use mounted vue tests in other projects to my knowledge.

I want to say @rwood-moz was looking into this for appointment(?), so maybe he'll have additional info to add. But we should have mounted vuejs tests, and this is the perfect repo for a good amount of test coverage between projects!
