Hey hey, just ran into this issue and wanted to report

Hey @mrchrisster thanks for reporting. Is this something that happened only in one run, or it's always happening for you?

Not something that happened on rerun!
Sorry to post this here and please let me know if I should open another issue but I did notice another problem today though..

starting update_all from this dir produced errors and made update_all fail. I changed to /root and update_all ran without any issues
