fails to git. it should be "thenetworkchuck" url?

Problem

The git clone URL in the documentation uses an incorrect GitHub username.

Current (broken):
`git clone https://github.com/networkchuck/docker-mcp-tutorial.git\`

Should be:
`git clone https://github.com/thenetworkchuck/docker-mcp-tutorial.git\`

Files affected

• README.md (line 25)
• quick-start/setup-guide.md (line 22)

Impact

Users following the quick-start guide get a 404 error when trying to clone the repository.

Suggested fix

Replace 'networkchuck' with 'thenetworkchuck' in both clone URLs.
