Feature request - provide suggestions

Like the little yellow light bulb does, please let Clippy provide the same suggestions such as "Add using".

That's the plan, I would like Clippy to show the old bubble messages... Still I think I'll make him give crazy or out of the context suggestions. In the end this is just a parody :)

Both will be great :) You may add some toggle in settings and implement both of the ideas.
