I am building a library that helps users learn about hadith. I need programmatic access to Musnad Ahmad and Bulugh al-Maram collections with Arabic and English text.

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?

Either would work. An offline dump of Musnad Ahmad and Bulugh al-Maram in JSON format (Arabic + English) would actually be preferred if available.
