Identifying the factors that lead to customer churn is essential for designing effective retention strategies. According to (Reichheld,2000) \cite{reichheld2000}, retaining customers can be five times more cost-effective than acquiring new ones, further emphasizing the importance of customer retention in the banking industry. Data visualization serves as a powerful tool in understanding and mitigating churn. Through visual exploration of large datasets, hidden patterns and trends can be uncovered that might not be immediately evident from raw data (Tufte,2001)\cite{tufte2001}. In this report, we use data visualization techniques to explore customer churn in a dataset provided by a bank. \justifying As show in above figure there are zero counts in every column, the analysis verified that there were no missing values at all. This result guarantees that no data imputation techniques are required because the dataset is fully populated and is prepared for additional analysis.
