Check actual permission status for impacted apps

While the scanning feature is great, it's still tedious to look through all the apps when:

• Apps have the location permission denied
• Apps didn't ask for the location permission
• Apps are in Deep Sleep mode
• Apps have notifications and background execution disabled

It would help users get a better understanding of the risk, if the scanner were to check the permissions, and offer some solutions like:

• List of apps with location permission enabled
• Per-permission lists of apps
• List of impacted apps but without permissions
• Which impacted apps have notifications enabled

My understanding is that these apps are capable of leaking location data by IP address, regardless of location permissions being granted. I shall update the README to make this clearer.
