Fast.net improve

1. After updates - fast.net not works correctly, filters not works. Need reset filters every time. Need fix this bug
2. I think HOT KEY "L" for refresh need change to "F". Right hand on mouse, and for fast update need pull hand. Press "F" too better.

1. I think the first issue is a base game issue, as they changed it to accept apply filters only
2. I managed to get it working with both keyboard/mouse and controller for the next update so [F or Button_Y] brings up the filter and [G or Button_X] updates the list
