[Help Wanted] How are the shortcut "Ctrl + [" suppose to work on a keyboard with eg Swedish layout?

Describe the issue
I'm trying to use the shortcuts for Increase/decrease indent.
Ctrl + ] works by pressing Ctrl + Å on my keyboard but I have no idea how to use Ctrl + [. To the left of my Å button i P and I can't use Ctrl+P since it's "to print".

Note: [ ] are located on button 8 and 9 and accessed through AltGr

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://app.standardnotes.com/'
2. Create a new note and insert a new bullet list and increase indent on a list item
3. Try to decrease the identation using a keyboard shortcut while on a Swedish layout.
