MacOS traffic lights misaligned when system language is set to Arabic

Describe the bug
In MacOS, when the system language is Arabic the traffic lights of the app are shown on the right-side which overlaps UI elements

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Standard Notes app on MacOS
2. Set MacOS language to Arabic (I assume other RTL languages would do)
3. Launch Standard Notes
4. Notice the traffic lights

Expected behavior
Considering Standard Notes doesn't support Arabic yet. The traffic lights should be displayed on the left-side as if the system is in English.
