Can't add new WLAN with Display

I can't add new WLAN with the DSI Display. Its possible over the Webbrowser, when already connected. I tried 2 updates (stable 4.2.1)

Can reproduce, had to use the workaround of using my hotspot on phone with same SSID and pw as the intitally used wifi on setup then wait for the mupibox to connect to phone and then add new SSID in the admin panel
