As an instructor, I want to have a results screen so that I can view my current groupformer and press the generate groups button #61
Description
Prior to iteration 2, we had initially thought that this was going to coincide with the setup screen epic #41. After further consideration we realized that the setup screen should only be used to submit new groupformers, and not view existing instances for generating the groups. Story #11 is the first issue addressing this.
This screen should list the participants involved in a groupformer instance, and whether or not they have submitted a response. This will also have the generate button and the resulting groups that the instructor can use.
