Highlight common errors in consensus alignment

If common errors occur in the consensus alignment (D/N. Q/E-pyro) it could be nice to highlight them and give an explanation for why this mistake could be made on the MS level. This could help people who did not work with MS data for years to have a more thorough understanding of why certain changes could occur (and people actually see this, those internal help things are a bit hidden).
