Can not upload app to AppStore using smart car SDK and API Smart car #98

Description

@tanphuccgl

Hello Smartcar Team,

I am currently developing an iOS application that integrates with Smartcar APIs via the smartcarSDK open framework. The app is working correctly and follows Smartcar’s integration guidelines.

However, when submitting the app to the Apple App Store, Apple rejected the submission due to Guideline 5.2.1 – Legal: Intellectual Property, claiming the app requires authorization to control or unlock Smartcar-supported vehicles.

From:  Apple
Guideline 5.2.1 - Legal - Intellectual Property

Your app is marketed to control or unlock vehicles from Smartcar, but you have not demonstrated you have the necessary authorization to distribute an app with this functionality.

Apps on the App Store should not infringe upon the rights of another party. In the event your app infringes another party’s rights, you are responsible for any liability to Apple because of a claim.

Next Steps

Here are two ways to resolve this issue:

Attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect that demonstrates you have authorization to control or unlock vehicles from this manufacturer.

Let me ask, how do I authorize my app to the Apple Review Team approve my app?
Thank you.
