Any plan to support mediarss?

Hi,

I have quite some feeds using mediarss. E.g. mastodon users feeds use this for referring to attachments in their posts, and the attachments are often relevant to the topic. Most of the time, the media:content tags refer to an image, which can conveniently displayed with shr.

Do you have any plan to support this in elfeed?

I have hacked something quick based on the 'enclosures' code, but I was wondering if you would be interested in more officially supporting this?
