[BUG] Effort component does not change when switching with /effort max

when switching efforts it should be represented in the statusline:

on max:
projectname • Opus 4.6 (1M context) Thinking: medium • v2.1.76

when it should be
projectname • Opus 4.6 (1M context) Thinking: max • v2.1.76

I have also noticed the effort set through CLAUDE_CODE_EFFORT_LEVEL="high" is also being ignored by the cc-status-line.

Likely solving the /effort command solves both.

As a suggestion, I believe that letting the widget read the value from $CLAUDE_CODE_EFFORT_LEVEL solves the issue.
