feat: define collection name independent of file name

**Required Functionality**
Define collections in the file, rather than with the file name

**Proposed Solution**
A simple field in the file should suffice

**Use case**
Sometimes you will want to have two collections that could occupy one tables, like a default and a non-default configuration.
