Questions about how to control the accelerator and how to visualize it

Hello, thank you for your extraordinary work on transformer acceleration
I plan to reproduce your project on my zcu102, and it has been compiled successfully, but now I have some questions

1. How do you transfer the weight parameters to memory? I noticed that you have such control statements in the tb file, but I have no idea how to implement such control on hardware
2. How do you achieve data visualization in the demo? I noticed that you use the HDMI protocol for video transmission, but you transfer it to the host computer. Is this achieved through software?
3. In addition, how do you achieve the demonstration of video and video processed by MoE together? Is this demonstration real-time? Or do you play the video processed by MoE directly?
