Reduce complexity

Currently 200+ dependencies are used. It just doesn't seem reasonable for such a simple tool.

1. I think we should remove `tokio` and `axum` and rely on a more minimal stack. Possibly `smol`, or even good-old threads, no async.

2. Consider replacing `askama` with something more minimal.. possibly `maud`?
