Same Error for me. How to fill the form with the log captured? fyki, I've tried in linux environment.

Found the solution. It is now working. Added wrong entry element id appended to the google form link.

I found another solution. I am using googlesheets package that populate a sheet without using a form step.

@g-sathish can you please explain this comment. I am still having the same issue, and @tomatebio 's comment hasn't helped at all.
