EDIT: under the hood, the column glossary loader is using Pandas, which makes it super slow. You can load it much faster with just a JSON hookup, but the logic handler must be changed to a relevant commit from before August 30 2024.
whatever i had before worked better i need to go back to that
it's now making startup very slow
