Bug: No unsnapping possible on Win10

Hi Sam,

I encounterd a problem with Transparent Paint: It will snap perfectly fine to the screen, but It won't "unsnap" again.
The snap toggle on or off doesn't help unfortunately.

Using it on a Win10 2004

Same Problem on Win 11, but just if you snap it to fullscreen, if you snap it to half screen, it releases just fine
