2 extra field at New Tree Added/Edit

how can i add two extra field at the New Tree Added or Edit (Add Family)

1. Mobile No. :: I would like to collect all the member mobile no. while adding new tree member.
2. Checkbox for Deceased :: As some of the member I don't know the date of Death. So I would like to add an option to identified whether the member has death or live.

Sir when the 3.8.0 will be launch.
