Formatting `vis const trait` produces invalid code

Version: rustfmt 1.8.0-nightly (498ae9fed2 2025-07-28)

Minimal reproducible code:

pub const trait Foo {}

Same for any vis such as pub(crate or in...).

Formatting code above produces invalid code like this:

const pub trait Foo {}

Following is doesn't matter, but my rustfmt.toml config:

reorder_imports = false
reorder_modules = false
reorder_impl_items = false

• reorder_modules
• reorder_impl_items

I don't think we're going to provide an option to reorder keywords. I don't think that would be wise since certain things won't parse if they're in the wrong order.

That said, const trait is still unstable, right? @boozook pretty sure that formatting was introduced in rust-lang/rust#143879.

I supposed that it could be good for effects in some near future, e.g. impl [const, foo, bar] ... where I can want to reorder that list or not.

Seems to fixed in rustfmt 1.8.0-nightly (af00ff2ce6 2025-09-04) with toolchain 1.91.0-nightly (af00ff2ce 2025-09-04). Can't reproduce any more.
Anyway, I suppose that this issue should be left open until the const trait is stabilized. Or not 🤷🏻‍♂️.
