Add more artifact size profiling

As an extension to #87404, we'll want to add support for profiling even more artifact file sizes. Below are some ideas of which artifacts we'll want to profile:

• object files
• bit code
• crate metadata
  • Everything captured here
• final binary artifact size (rlib, exe. etc)
• debug info (when separate)
