Environment
Local environment is failing tests for bundle exec rspec ./spec/system/banners/new_spec.rb:34
Current Behavior
Date is not being properly populated for both expectations under the lets you create banner with expiration time and edit it scenario.
Expected Behavior
Date should be filled in correctly and all tests should pass for spec/system/banners/new_spec.rb.
How to Replicate
Run bundle exec rspec ./spec/system/banners/new_spec.rb:34 in terminal.
