Scrollable Views change position on Device Rotation

When I perform these sequences of events, the scrollable webview on screen goes back to the top:

Sequence 1:

1. Click on "..." opening overflow menu
2. Click on About
3. Scroll Down
4. Orientation Change

Sequence 2:

1. Click on Repo item in list
2. Click on Branches
3. Scroll Down
4. Orientation Change
